Anyone for Pole Dancing?

This is what our living room looks like. When the roof came off, this part of the ceiling dropped. The builders are not concerned as when we move into the new part, they will move into the old part to restore and renovate. Once the upstairs joists have gone in these will be removed as the ceiling will be considered secure again.
